📦 Usual Shipping Estimates
We work hard to get your order processed and out the door. These are our usual shipping times once the order leaves our warehouse:
- Wheels or Tires (Loose): 4-7 Business Days
- Mounted & Balanced Packages: 4-10 Business Days
Note: Processing times are typically 1-4 business days before shipping.
📞 Delivery & Signatures (Must Read)
It is your absolute responsibility to be available to accept your delivery if a signature is required.
Failure to accept delivery (especially when there’s a delivery appointment set) may result in significant fees.
- Freight Orders (Pallets): The carrier usually calls to schedule a delivery appointment (especially for mounted & balanced packages). You MUST answer the phone or call back ASAP and have someone present for your appointment.
- Ground Orders (FedEx/UPS): These often require a signature without an appointment. Please monitor your tracking number closely to ensure someone is home to sign.
- Missed Deliveries: If the carrier cannot deliver because you are not home, or if you fail to answer the carrier's calls, the shipment may be sent back to us as Undeliverable. You will be responsible for all associated costs (see Policy below).
👀 Inspection Checklist
Follow these steps immediately upon arrival to protect yourself:
1. The 24-Hour Rule: Inspect all boxes, products, and quantities within 24 hours of delivery. If you see damage or missing items, take photos immediately.
2. Freight Inspection: Check the boxes before you sign the driver's paperwork. If the packaging looks damaged, write "DAMAGED" on the receipt next to your signature. Only refuse the delivery if the damage is catastrophic (e.g., pallet collapsed, wheels destroyed).
For something like box scuffs, wheel scratches, etc., accept it and contact us immediately. We can resolve these issues!
3. The Golden Rule:
STOP! Do not mount tires or install wheels if you see damage.
Once a wheel or tire is mounted, installed, or driven on, it is considered "accepted" and cannot be exchanged or replaced for shipping damage.
🚫 Return Policy: ALL SALES FINAL
We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have shipped.
This includes wheels, tires, and specifically mounted & balanced packages.
- Fitment Responsibility: Please enter your accurate vehicle information on the cart page. We will do our best to check this to ensure proper fitment, but fitment is not 100% guaranteed. Ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to order the correct specifications.
- Cancellations: Fees may apply to cancellations made after processing begins. Mounted packages cannot be canceled once assembly starts.
Refused & Undeliverable Shipments:
Refusing a shipment is NOT a cancellation. If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable (missed appointment, no signature, etc.), you are responsible for:
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Return shipping/freight charges
- Carrier storage fees
- 30% Restocking/Administrative fee
Route Protection: If you purchased Route at checkout, you are covered for loss, theft, or damage. File claims directly through the Route app.
