Instead of a loan, this is a lease agreement where you make manageable payments over time. You obtain ownership of the merchandise after making all scheduled lease payments or by using an early purchase option.

Yes. You can get pre-approved first to know your budget, then add your products to cart and checkout after to complete your purchase using your approval.

If you’ve already been approved, you’re all set to shop within your approved budget. This ensures your order is processed correctly under your approval and ships as soon as it’s confirmed.

Yes. Most of our partners offer early purchase options. Many are same as cash or nearly same as cash. Please contact the specific provider or lender directly for more details.

For some of our providers, early purchase option details may appear right after approval but can’t be activated until your lease or financing agreement is officially opened. Others display it in your online account within a few days of approval. This is completely normal, and you don’t need to take any action until your account is active. If you’d like more details about when your early purchase options will become available, call the customer service number for the provider you were approved with.

Our programs cover all credit levels — from good to rebuilding or no credit. Each partner specializes in helping different credit profiles.

Payments are automatically deducted from your chosen account or card on a schedule that fits your plan (weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on lender).

All payments are made directly to your financing or lease-to-own provider. ShopWheelXpress does not collect or manage your payments when you use a financing/lease-to-own option.

We highly recommend applying with a different provider on our list (like Progressive Leasing or Snap Finance). Every company uses a different approval algorithm—it is very common to get denied by one but receive a high approval amount from another.

For financing, lease-to-own, and installments: All payment, schedule, and contract questions must be directed to your financing or lease-to-own provider.

Once your approval is confirmed and you’ve checked out using that option, we begin processing your order right away — typically the same or next business day. Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days, often sooner depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

In most cases, yes. Once your account is active, you can log in with your lender or contact their customer service team to request a schedule adjustment that better fits your pay dates or budget.

Our store policy does not allow returns once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered. Wheels, tires, and mounted and balanced packages cannot be returned to us or exchanged after delivery.
