We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed through the website, especially if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Acceptance

Most orders ship within 3–10 business days after processing. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or third-party providers.

Obligation to Accept Delivery: It is the customer's sole responsibility to be available to accept delivery. For LTL Freight shipments, the customer must answer carrier calls to schedule an appointment and be present to sign.

If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or because the customer missed the delivery appointment, the customer agrees to be responsible for all associated costs, including outbound shipping, return shipping, storage fees, and restocking fees as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on used, mounted, or installed items. Full details and strict requirements regarding damage claims are available in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree that you will not file a chargeback or dispute with your credit card issuer or bank for reasons that are covered by our policies (e.g., "changed mind," "refused delivery," or "item not as described" regarding finish variations).

You agree that any dispute regarding your order must be resolved directly with SHOPWHEELXPRESS in accordance with our Return Policy. Filing a chargeback in violation of these terms may result in your account being sent to collections for the recovery of funds, fees, and legal costs.

6. Financing & Payments

We offer third-party lease-to-own and/or financing options through services such as PayTomorrow, Snap, and others. Financing terms, approval, and repayment are handled by each provider and are subject to their terms.

By selecting a financing or lease-to-own option, you agree to be bound by the financing provider’s terms in addition to ours.

7. SMS Communications & Consent

By providing your phone number at checkout or elsewhere on our website, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SHOPWHEELXPRESS. These may include transactional messages about order and delivery updates, as well as marketing or promotional messages if you opt in separately.

Message frequency varies depending on order activity and opt-in preferences.

Any statements made by affiliates regarding fitment, vehicle compatibility, or shipping times reflect their own opinions and are not official statements of SHOPWHEELXPRESS. Customers are responsible for reviewing all official product information and policies published on this website. We are not liable for claims arising from incorrect information provided by independent representatives.

10. Limitation of Liability & Fitment

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHOPWHEELXPRESS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Fitment is the customer's responsibility. While we utilize fitment data to assist you, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to vehicle modifications or data errors. Use of our products is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
