📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, transit times range from 3–7 business days for loose items and 4–10 business days for mounted freight packages. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment it generates.

I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Don't panic! For multi-piece ground shipments, it is completely normal for items to be delivered on different days. Tires and wheels often scan and travel independently through the carrier's network. If you are still missing items 72 hours after the first delivery, please email us.

Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?

Yes, usually. It is your absolute responsibility to be available.

  • Freight (Pallets): The carrier will usually call you to schedule a delivery appointment. You MUST be present to sign.
  • Ground (FedEx/UPS): Often requires a signature. Please monitor your tracking to ensure someone is home.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. We ship exclusively within the United States but cannot deliver wheel and tire packages to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

⚠️ Returns, Damages & Policies

🚫 Return Policy: ALL SALES FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges once items have shipped. This includes wheels, tires, and specifically mounted & balanced packages. CRITICAL FOR DAMAGES: Do not mount the wheels/tires! Once mounted, products are considered used.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Step 1: Inspect immediately (within 24 hours).
Step 2: Take photos of the damage, the box, and the label.
Step 3: Email info@shopwheelxpress.com immediately.

If you purchased Route Protection, file your claim directly through the Route App for the fastest resolution.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

Refusing a shipment is NOT a cancellation. If a shipment is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable, you are responsible for all original shipping costs, return shipping costs, storage fees, and a 30% restocking fee.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If you purchased Route Package Protection, you are covered—file a claim immediately. If you declined Route, ShopWheelXpress is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

💰 Financing, Lease-to-Own & Payments

How does financing work?

We offer flexible options for good credit, low credit, and no credit. You can get pre-approved with partners like Acima, Snap, PayTomorrow, and Progressive Leasing.

Can I apply before I shop?

Yes! We recommend the "Finance First" method. Get pre-approved to see your budget, then build your cart. At checkout, simply select the financing provider you were approved with.

How do I make payments?

All payments are made directly to your financing provider. We do not collect or manage your monthly payments. Please contact your lender directly for account questions.

🔧 Fitment & Product Info

Will you check if these fit my vehicle?

Yes. Please enter your Year, Make, Model, and Suspension setup in the vehicle information box at the cart page. We review this prior to processing. However, fitment is ultimately the customer's responsibility.

Do these come with lug nuts or TPMS sensors?

No. Wheels and tires are sold as standalone items. We highly recommend adding a Wheel Installation Kit (which includes lugs and hub rings) and TPMS Sensors to your cart to ensure you have everything you need.

Do you mount and balance them?

Yes, if eligible! If the package you are buying is eligible, you can add the Mount & Balance Service as an add-on to your order. If you do not add this service, your wheels and tires will ship loose.
