Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once shipped and delivered, including but not limited to wheels, tires, or custom orders.

If your item has been used in any way (e.g., mounted, balanced, or driven on), it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at shopwheelxpress@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Special Considerations
Although all sales are final, we understand unexpected situations can happen. In select cases, if the item is unused, we may be able to offer a full return, store credit, or another accommodation at our discretion. Please email us to discuss possible options.

Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved under our policy, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label after payment for the label is received.

Financed or Lease-to-Own Orders
Once an item is delivered, all responsibility for payment and any further concerns falls to your financing or lease-to-own provider. Please contact your provider directly for any payment-related questions.
